- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My friend recommended this store so I went looking for a lobster harness for my dog. I went there we tried stuff on and the owner said she would order whatever we wanted and we would have it in a few days. Perfect! We were going away and I wanted Zoe to have the harnesses for our vacation. Days and now weeks have passed and I haven't received anything... Not even a call about where these pieces are. Have they shipped? We they back ordered? (When I was at the store I was told they were in stock). Needless to say I am not too pleased with the service. I called 3 times now and still no word on my order. I make a conscious effort to shop locally and NOT order items online but why do business with a shop that doesn't care about their customers!September 07, 2017by Julie Lancia
